1. Overview
Mojo Registry is a merchant-hosted group-gifting platform. Registrants create time-bound gift registries under a merchant's brand and invite friends and family to contribute a fixed or custom amount.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or contribute to a registry. Registry creators are responsible for the accuracy of the content they publish and must comply with the hosting merchant's content guidelines.
3. Registry lifecycle
Each consumer may have one active registry at a time. Registries expire automatically on the configured end date. A merchant or the platform may shut down a registry for policy violations; a shutdown reason will be captured and, where appropriate, disclosed to the registry creator.
4. Payments and refunds
Contributions are processed through the merchant's payment provider (MojoPay). Once a contribution is confirmed, refunds are at the sole discretion of the hosting merchant and are handled outside of this platform.
5. Content and moderation
You retain ownership of media you upload but grant the merchant and platform a licence to display it for the purpose of operating the registry. Merchants may moderate content at any time.
6. Privacy
Our privacy policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. Mojo Payments Ltd is not liable for disputes between consumers, contributors and merchants, except where required by applicable law.
